Warm Heart. Steady Feet

A Weekend of Yoga, Creativity & Renewal

November 6-8, 2026

Wild Oak Farm, Sonoita, Ar

Slow down. Breathe deeply. Come home to yourself.

An Invitation

Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. It asks us to care deeply, stay resilient, and keep moving forward—often without taking time to reconnect with ourselves.

Warm Heart, Steady Feet is an invitation to pause, not to step away from life, but to return to it with renewed energy, creativity, and purpose.

Over the course of the weekend, we'll move our bodies through yoga, awaken our creativity through art, immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Arizona landscape, and enjoy the nourishment of shared meals, meaningful connection, and quiet moments of reflection.

My hope is that you'll leave with a warm heart, steady feet, and renewed energy for whatever comes next.

Our Home for the Weekend

Nestled in the rolling hills of Sonoita, Wild Oak Farm provides a peaceful setting where wide-open skies, oak trees, sweeping grasslands, and fragrant lavender invite us to settle into a different pace and reconnect with the natural world.

I chose Wild Oak Farm because it reflects the spirit of this retreat. The beauty of the landscape, thoughtfully designed glamping accommodations, and welcoming gathering spaces create an environment where it feels natural to breathe deeply, move mindfully, create freely, and simply enjoy being together.

Throughout the weekend, we'll practice yoga beneath an ancient oak tree, gather around the table for delicious meals, explore our creativity, and end the day gathering beneath a sky filled with stars. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee beneath the oaks, wandering the trails, or pausing to take in the scent of blooming lavender, you'll discover that the landscape itself becomes an essential part of the retreat experience.

The Experience

Yoga

Flowing vinyasa and restorative practices beneath the ancient oak tree invite you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural world.

Creativity

Explore the beautiful process of cyanotype through a guided art experience. No artistic experience is necessary—only curiosity and a willingness to play.

Nature

Enjoy spacious time to wander, journal, rest, or simply soak in the beauty and quiet rhythms of Wild Oak Farm.

Connection

Share nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and peaceful evenings beneath Southern Arizona's spectacular night sky.
